Ordering with Goches is simple.

You’ll receive live updates once your order has been accepted.

You can view all your current and previous orders by going to:
Account → My Orders
From there you can check your order status, download receipts and request support if required.

If something isn’t right with your delivered order, open your order from My Orders and select Get Refund.

Yes. Once a driver has been assigned, you may be able to contact them directly through the Goches app for delivery-related assistance.

Delivery fees are calculated based on factors such as:
  • Distance between the restaurant and your address
  • Delivery demand
  • Driver availability
  • Promotional offers
The delivery fee is always shown before you complete payment.

Some restaurants require a minimum order value.
If your basket total is below that amount, a small order fee may be added.
You can avoid this fee by increasing your basket total to meet the restaurant’s minimum order requirement.

There is no fee to join Goches. We take a 14% commission for every order you accept on the Goches platform and for which you use your own delivery drivers. For example, on a £20 order, our commission is £2.80. We take a 20% commission for every order you accept and where we deliver for you. For example, on a £20 order where we deliver, our commission is £4.
Commissions are deducted from your weekly order revenue. You will receive an account invoice every Tuesday, and the balance will be deposited into your bank account every Friday.

This depends on the type of business you are signing up, but you do need to register your business with the Food Standards Agency (FSA), as well as with your local council, so that your business can be inspected and given a hygiene rating as soon as possible. In England, Wales and Northern Ireland you will need to achieve a food hygiene rating of 3 or more from the FSA for your business to trade on Goches.

Probably. It depends where in the UK you're located. You'll have a chance to tell us where you are, and whether you need drivers or not, at the beginning of the sign-up process. We can then check if you're in an area covered by our delivery service.

Possibly. We would need to be sure that you have the appropriate trading licences and registrations in place. Our compliance team will review your documentation when you sign up to make sure everything is correct before your business goes online with Goches.

As long as you send us all the details and documents we ask for (you can do all this online, quickly and safely) and you've signed your contract, your business can usually go online with Goches within 3 working days.

This is possible. We would require a few documents to prove the change of ownership, as well as confirmation that the new owner has registered for a new food hygiene rating since taking over the business. Please contact our Change of Ownership team to start the process on support@goches.co.uk.

Unfortunately we don't allow residential premises to join the platform. However, if you decide to expand to a commercial premise then we could look at getting you set up with us.

To deliver with us, you’ll need:

  • To be 18 years old or older
  • An Apple or Android smartphone with data.
  • A moped, bike or car - plus licence and the correct insurance

No previous experience is needed – it’s one of the few truly accessible jobs without experience in the delivery sector.

Safety is always our priority. Everybody who delivers is required to share an existing, or complete a new, criminal background and right to work (RTW) check. Completing a new check takes about 15 minutes. For new checks, you’’ll receive an email from a company called Sterling.

Delivering with Goches means you will make money for each delivery. The rider app will send you delivery ‘offers’. You can review each of these offers and decide if you’d like to complete the delivery.

There's no obligation to use Goches branded equipment. Feel free to use your own equipment in work however, you must ensure that it meets our minimum safety requirements.
